Zox Pro Training Program

On the previous post I have talk about the benefit of applying zoxpro to benefit us, this program is really interesting and different from any other program you may have seen, as long as we take the step to apply it seriously, you will be not far from success.

Today I will cover a little further on how we can use Zoxpro training to improve  leadership skills.

There are many things that go into being a good leader and being able to master great leadership skills.  Zoxpro training will give you the necessary tools to combine with your natural abilities so that you are sure to be looked upon as an expert leader.  A very important part to leading is knowledge.  If you are knowledgeable about your subject matter you will provide excellent guidance to those that you are teaching and leading. Zoxpro training will give you the results that you are looking for.

If you ask anyone that has worked in a team environment they are sure to tell you that the leader of the group set the pace for the successes of the team.  They are there to provide direction, coaching, and to set an example for the team members.  The team members look towards the person in the leadership position for assistance when they are unsure about the policies or procedures involved in their work.

With Zoxpro, you will learn how to learn things naturally by using Mental Photography.  You will find that you are able to learn and withhold the information about one hundred times faster than those that are learning along side of you.  This program allows you to tap into the portion of your brain that is rarely, if ever, used by most people.

Another important part of being a strong leader is the ability to be extremely organized and to be very productive.  These two abilities can help you in your personal life as well as in your professional career.  When you are organized you will find that you can accomplish your tasks in record times.  When you are able to teach others to be just as organized, your team will be successful and will thrive as a team.

By taking part in the Zoxpro program you will be teaching your brain to absorb and maintain things in your memory.  You will find that you can remember things and will not forget them ever.  You may even find that information that you previously knew comes right back to you like you have never forgotten it.  Your concentration levels will be amazing and it will seem as if you can never get distracted from your prime goals.

Along with the most noticeable memory increases you will also notice that your eyesight and peripheral vision are greatly improved.  There are many benefits to the Zoxpro training program and what has been discussed to this point are only a few.  The benefits of this program are amazing and you are sure to be impressed.

As you complete the Zoxpro training program you will find that you can put your mind on “auto pilot” and that you are able to learn anything that you put your mind to.  Your stress levels will be reduced and you will finally be able to relax in the idea that you are finally on the right track to having excellent leadership skills and abilities.

When your mind is functioning at the peak of its capability you will also find that you do not need to have as much sleep every day as you have in the past.  You can function on less sleep and will feel more awake and energized as you approach the day.  A good leader is one that can motivate the employees with enthusiasm and energy and you will surely be able to do it.

You will find that you are in greater control over your body and mind.  When your body is in line with your mind you will find that you can simply give your body the direction to be healthier and it will follow your lead.  It is truly amazing, the power of the mind, and it will be very evident after you have completed the Zoxpro training program.

With your mind working at full capacity you will also find that you are able to conquer the toughest problems that you thought you would never be able to solve.  Your lateral thinking abilities and your creative problem solving abilities will be enhanced and you will find that things are really not as difficult as you once thought.

If you are interested in enhancing your mental abilities and becoming the great leader that you have always dreamed of being, the Zoxpro training program is definitely for you.  As you travel through the program, know for sure that you have taken the right step to become successful and confident in your personal life as well as your business life.

Leader Self-Awareness

Knowing What you Know

Have you ever worked with someone that just “doesn’t get it”?
HELLO?
Where is the leader self-awareness? Well what if YOU were the one that did not get it?  If you are researching this web site for ways to improve your leadership skills, perhaps you are more likely to be self-aware.  Hmm – yes I think so.

SO that presents the problem – you either get it or you do not.  And if you do not get it, me telling you to “get it” probably will not make a difference.

That’s okay.

Instead, focus on what you can do and hope that you are one of the getters.

Your first task, understand your emotional intelligence, then look at what you need from others as far as feedback and self-management.

Emotional Intelligence

The term Emotional Intelligence has been widely and variably defined. In the business community it generally reflects the ability to effectively understand others, relate well to people, understand one’s own behavior, and respond effectively to ones own surroundings and its spontaneous demands.
Test your sensitivity by listening to others.  Are you accused of being insensitive?  Are you unsuccessful when it comes to handling emotional issues?  Are people visibly uncomfortable talking about sensitive issues around you or not?

Without some specialized coaching from Dr. Holstead, I do not know how else I can help you in this arena. So consider coaching and then let’s move forward.

Feedback from Others

Easy to get.  Challenging to interpret.  Maybe.

If you work in an environment where feedback flows easily, I congratulate you, unless the only feedback you ever get is negative.  But know this: positive feedback is contagious.  Once you start giving it, it becomes more the norm and others are likely to contribute as well.  Good.

So make it a regular part of your day to pass along something positive.

If you like that advice, see the excerpt of The To-Do List for Leaders: 249 Rules for Success

Self-Management

Hold.  Hold.  Hold.  And relax.
Do you have long conversations with yourself in order to maintain control?  GOOD!  That means you have a degree of self-management.  You know how to self-talk.  And talking to yourself is a key technique in raising awareness and managing behavior.

Improved self-management for leaders also entails knowing situational leadership and knowing when to get coaching for improved work performance.

As you have probably guessed, though, effective self-management requires ongoing feedback as well as some implicit  emotional intelligence.  So all three of these factors in Self-Awareness are intertwined.

Leadership Definition

by Katie K. Snapp

If you are looking for a leadership definition, look to yourself. What impresses you in a leader? How you see leadership is a function of where you have been and what you have experienced.

My experience has brought me to leadership definition being as follows:

Leadership is influencing others to achieve productivity towards a desired goal.

Of course, sounds simple. But it encompasses some critical skills to assess and process what is happening within you, what is happening between you and others, and what is happening within the business environment.

Leadership Theories

It’s easy to get overwhelmed by leadership theories. After all, the internet alone is filled with thousands of them. Then visit the book store looking for leadership theories – argh. Where would you even start!?

Settle down, my leader friend. And step back. My best advice to you in one I will pull from my book:

Tip # 153 Good approaches to being a great leader are easy to find. Don’t tour the world looking for the best. Find a decent, simple one and live by it.

Sensory relaxation exercises

One of the best forms of relaxation using the mind is imagination. With using imagination relaxation exercises you will not only become more relaxed but also have clearer thoughts.

Before starting the relaxation exercises, find a some where you won’t be disturbed for 20 minutes or so. Sit in a nice comfortable chair or lay down in a comfortable place and close your eyes.

At the start of the relaxation exercise, begin by taking several deep, calm and relaxing breaths. In through your mouth and out through your nose. Try not to expand your chest but instead allow your belly to gently rise and fall. After doing this for a few minutes and you feel you are more relax than you were when you first started, start the relaxation exercises.

Begin with your visualization. Imagine yourself outside in the fresh air, on a deserted beach, in a quiet woods or alone away from busy places. Enjoying the solitude you now have.

Whilst doing the relaxation exercises look around you. Is there anything you can imagine that should be there like grass or flowers? Are there any other things there?

Now imagine you pick something up. Notice the weight of it. Gently caress it noticing if it is wet or dry, soft or hard etc. Notice how it feels in your hand.

If it is a flower, bring the flower to your nose and imagine the smell of the sweet fragrance.

Bring the flower to your ear and wave it. Hear the sound it makes as the flower moves through the air.

Use these relaxation exercises methods. Now imagine taking a walk and finding other wonderful things. With your imagination use all of your senses.
•  Sight
•  Sound
•  Smell
•  Taste
•  Touch

Practice focusing on one sense at a time.

Finishing the exercise
After about 20 minutes or so, imagine sitting down and gently opening your eyes. When sitting up do so in a relaxed manner. Any sudden movements will activate an increase in your bio-electricity and chemistry from its calm state. Moving calmly and relaxed will prolong this pleasant tranquil feeling.

After doing the relaxation exercises, not only will you relax more, your seeing will become clearer, your listening ability will become fine tuned, your sense of smell and taste will increase and things you touch will have more feeling.

Develop Your Leadership Skills and Awaken the Leader in You

Excellence, but knowledge  – always wanting to better yourself, always improving, always growing. When you are humble, you become genuinely interested in people because you want to learn from them. And because you want to learn and grow, you will be a far more effective listener, which is the #1 leadership communication tool. When people sense you are genuinely interested in them, and listening to them, they will naturally be interested in you and listen to what you have to say.

2. SWOT Yourself. SWOT is an acronym for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. Although it’s a strategic management tool taught at Stanford and Harvard Business Schools and used by large multinationals, it can just as effectively be used in your own professional development as a leader. This is a useful key to gain access to self-knowledge, self-remembering, and self-honoring. Start by listing all your Strengths including your accomplishments. Then write down all your Weaknesses and what needs to be improved. Make sure to include any doubts, anxieties, fears, and worries that you may have. These are the demons and dragons guarding the door to your inner attic. By bringing them to conscious awareness you can begin to slay them. Then proceed by listing all the Opportunities you see available to you for using your strengths. Finally, write down all the Threats or obstacles that are currently blocking you or that you think you will encounter along the way to achieving your dreams.

3. Follow Your Bliss. Regardless of how busy you are, always take time to do what you love doing. Being an alive and vital person vitalizes others. When you are pursuing your passions, people around you cannot help but feel impassioned by your presence. This will make you a charismatic leader. Whatever it is that you enjoy doing, be it writing, acting, painting, drawing, photography, sports, reading, dancing, networking, or working on entrepreneurial ventures, set aside time every week, ideally two or three hours a day, to pursue these activities. Believe me, you’ll find the time. If you were to video tape yourself for a day, you would be shocked to see how much time goes to waste!

4. Dream Big. If you want to be larger than life, you need a dream that’s larger than life. Small dreams won’t serve you or anyone else. It takes the same amount of time to dream small than it does to dream big. So be Big and be Bold! Write down your One Biggest Dream. The one that excites you the most. Remember, don’t be small and realistic; be bold and unrealistic! Go for the Gold, the Pulitzer, the Nobel, the Oscar, the highest you can possibly achieve in your field. After you ve written down your dream, list every single reason why you CAN achieve your dream instead of worrying about why you can’t.

5. Vision. Without a vision, we perish. If you can’t see yourself winning that award and feel the tears of triumph streaming down your face, it’s unlikely you will be able to lead yourself or others to victory. Visualize what it would be like accomplishing your dream. See it, smell it, taste it, hear it, feel it in your gut.

6. Perseverance. Victory belongs to those who want it the most and stay in it the longest. Now that you have a dream, make sure you take consistent action every day. I recommend doing at least 5 things every day that will move you closer to your dream.

7. Honor Your Word. Every time you break your word, you lose power. Successful leaders keep their word and their promises. You can accumulate all the toys and riches in the world, but you only have one reputation in life. Your word is gold. Honor it.

8. Get a Mentor. Find yourself a mentor. Preferably someone who has already achieved a high degree of success in your field. Don’t be afraid to ask. You’ve got nothing to lose. Mentors.ca is an excellent mentoring website and a great resource for finding local mentoring programs. They even have a free personal profile you can fill out in order to potentially find you a suitable mentor. In addition to mentors, take time to study autobiographies of great leaders that you admire. Learn everything you can from their lives and model some of their successful behaviors.

9. Be Yourself. Use your relationships with mentors and your research on great leaders as models or reference points to work from, but never copy or imitate them like a parrot. Everyone has vastly different leadership styles. History books are filled with leaders who are soft-spoken, introverted, and quiet, all the way to the other extreme of being out- spoken, extroverted, and loud, and everything in between. A quiet and simple Gandhi or a soft-spoken peanut farmer named Jimmy Carter, who became president of the United States and won a Nobel Peace Prize, have been just as effective world leaders as a loud and flamboyant Churchill, or the tough leadership style employed by The Iron Lady, Margaret Thatcher. I admire Hemingway as a writer. But if I copy Hemingway, I’d be a second or third rate Hemingway, at best, instead of a first rate Sharif. Be yourself, your best self, always competing against yourself and bettering yourself, and you will become a first rate YOU instead of a second rate somebody else.

10. Give. Finally, be a giver. Leaders are givers. By giving, you activate a universal law as sound as gravity life gives to the giver, and takes from the taker. The more you give, the more you get. If you want more love, respect, support, and compassion, give love, give respect, give support, and give compassion. Be a mentor to others. Give back to your community. As a leader, the only way to get what you want, is by helping enough people get what they want first. As Sir Winston Churchill once said, “We make a living by what we get, we make a life by what we give.”

Leadership Ethics

Here are a few things to ponder on about leadership ethics and our own individual position with regard to these principles:

1. General Douglas MacArthurs Leadership Principles:

MacArthur developed a list of questions to guide him in his leadership duties. These principles can be applied to any leadership situation.

1. Do I heckle my subordinates or strengthen and encourage them?
2. Do I use moral courage in getting rid of subordinates who have proven themselves beyond doubt to be unfit?
3. Have I done all in my power by encouragement, incentive and spur to salvage the weak and erring?
4. Do I know by NAME and CHARACTER a maximum number of subordinates for whom I am responsible? Do I know them intimately?
5. Am I thoroughly familiar with the technique, necessities, objectives and administration of my job?
6. Do I lose my temper at individuals?
7. Do I act in such a way as to make my subordinates WANT to follow me?
8. Do I delegate tasks that should be mine?
9. Do I arrogate everything to myself and delegate nothing?
10. Do I develop my subordinates by placing on each one as much responsibility as he can stand?
11. Am I interested in the personal welfare of each of my subordinates, as if he were a member of my family?
12. Have I the calmness of voice and manner to inspire confidence, or am I inclined to irascibility and excitability?
13. Am I a constant example to my subordinates in character, dress, deportment and courtesy?
14. Am I inclined to be nice to my superiors and mean to my subordinates?
15. Is my door open to my subordinates?
16. Do I think more of POSITION than JOB?
17. Do I correct a subordinate in front of others?

2. Doing things differently:

Anyone can become a leader. All the characteristics and traits of leadership can be acquired through learning and practice.
Leadership is not synonymous with assertiveness, despotic behaviour or managerial position.
Assertiveness is a good quality only if it can be backed up by respect. Respect stems from various sources as outlined lower down on this page.
Management is about doing things efficiently. Leadership is about doing things differently, in new ways, in better ways. Leadership is about lateral thinking, being innovative and creative.
Leadership is not limited to the top echelon in an organisation. Any person in an organisation, who can differentiate him or her self by being inventive, can be a leader. If you display inventiveness, others will follow your direction naturally out of respect.
Leadership does not follow lines of authority. More often than not, creativity stems from the floor level nearest to the processes and problems. Leadership is therefore by no means limited to the formal structure of supervisory and managerial positions.
The role of leadership can be earned in many ways, small or big. For instance, you can display leadership and earn respect from others in the following ways:

1. Expert or superior knowledge about a subject or something
2. Excellence in execution of tasks
3. Positive attitude, high morale
4. High ethical values and codes of conduct
5. Good human relations
6. Streamlining paper work, production, methods, your use of time
7. Being innovative or creative

Innovativeness usually results in bigger leaps with more benefits and profits. It can therefore be most profitable for an employer to cultivate, encourage and support the development of creativity and risk taking in all employees.
Therefore, the most important quality to develop and the fastest way in order to become a leader, is through creativity.

3. Other needed characteristics:

3.1 Leadership traits:

You will also have to foster the following traits to retain respect:

1. Loyalty
2. Willingness to stand out, differentiate yourself, risk being rejected by being different.
3. Determination and perseverance to push through your own ideas.
4. Improvement drive – desire to find better ways of doing things, curiosity.
5. Questioning mind – not accepting authority, willingness to challenge the status quo.
6. Self-belief – believing that you can think for yourself and devise a better way.
7. Thick skin – being able to withstand criticism and recover from setbacks.
8. Learning from mistakes – being prepared to try things to find what works.
9. Trustworthiness – keeping your word, being honest.
10. Delivering on promises – like being trustworthy, you deliver what you promise.
11. Treating people with respect and fairness.
12. Not deliberately harming others.
13. Dedication to improving the lot of those you represent.
14. Management skills – the ability to get things done efficiently.
15. Strong influence skills
16. The ability to convey a compelling vision of the future.

These characteristics can be either classified under ethics or managerial skills. How do these characteristics compare with entrepreneurial traits?

3.2 The psychological traits of entrepreneurs:

1. Desire to perform
2. Drive, determination and energy
3. Goal orientation
4. Time conscious
5. Self-motivated
6. Self-control
7. Can make decisions in situations of lack of information or uncertainty
8. Take calculated risks
9. Positive self-image
10. Creative and innovative capabilities (imaginative and real)
11. High ethical standards about integrity and trustworthiness
12. Intelligence
13. Individualistic
14. More task than human oriented
15. Flourish on feedback
16. Take initiative and responsibility for their actions
17. Objective and optimistic
18. Profit is a measure of success

4. Gene Autrys Cowboy Code of Ethics:

1. The Cowboy must never shoot first, hit a smaller man, or take unfair advantage.
2. He must never go back on his word, or a trust confided in him.
3. He must always tell the truth.
4. He must be gentle with children, the elderly, and animals.
5. He must not advocate or possess racially or religiously intolerant ideas.
6. He must help people in distress.
7. He must be a good worker.
8. He must keep himself clean in thought, speech, action, and personal habits.
9. He must respect women, parents, and his nations laws.
10. The Cowboy is a patriot.

Ethics is about morality in a civilised world. It is about internalised values of the individual. It is about civilised behaviour versus barbaric behaviour. It is about human behaviour versus animal behaviour. It is about civilised human behaviour on the one end versus barbaric animal behaviour on the other end of the scale.

Leadership ethics is all about where you are between the two extremes as an individual, as a worker and as a leader.

In pursuing the traits of leadership ethics with the aim of internalising the principles of leadership ethics, it will be worthwhile to try and follow all the principles outlined above.

Collaboration: An Important Leadership Development Skill

Even with the best and most skilled managers, organizations must be able to tap into the varied skills and wider perspectives of other employees. So it is essential that leaders know how to collaborate and develop effective partnerships with others. It is one of the elements that makes a manager a true leader. Collaboration is the vehicle for sharing responsibility and combining knowledge, creativity, and experience of others. Through extensive research and observation, CMOE has found that the ability to collaborate is essential in an organization’s Leadership Development or Transitioning into Leadership training program.

Establishing collaborative relationships is not always natural or easy, particularly because people have different lifestyles, backgrounds, and experiences. Effective leaders know how to collaborate when it isn’t easy. The benefits of doing so can be significant. Leaders who believe in the power of collaboration can produce extraordinary results, while maintaining a healthy team environment. Fundamentally, collaboration starts with the leader because they must be willing to let go of some control. However, time demands and urgency can be a major stumbling block in opening up collaborative channels. Andrew Carnegie said: “No man will make a great leader who wants to do it all himself or get all the credit for doing it.”

One of the most important things a leader needs to be able to do to collaborate with his/her team members is create a culture where members value and listen to alternative views and seek out win-win objectives. This can be accomplished by clearly identifying common needs and objectives; and certainly should occur on multiple occasions over time.

A leader can also foster collaboration by encouraging active involvement and the free exchange of information. The leader, also, must set the tone by keeping an open mind to different ideas. Furthermore, when the team members engage in collaborative activities, it is essential for the leader to validate and reinforce the collaboration in order to sustain the behavior.

In CMOE’s Leadership Development books, programs, and workshops, we delve into the specific skills of collaboration and other important aspects of leadership. Leadership development topics such as this will expand collaboration in organizations and will be reflected in the organization’s results and the commitment of its people.

6 Simple Techniques for Improving Your Memory

Memorization can be quite a challenge for some people, however there are tricks and techniques to help anyone learn how to absorb and recall information quickly. While we live in an age of easy access to facts and figures, having the ability to remember details instantly can be a great help both personally and professionally.

Here are some simple techniques that can have you storing and retrieving details quicker than you thought possible.

Visualize: Visual information can have a powerful impact on brain and can help you memorize details distinctly. Consider converting your notes or other written text into a more visually appealing and unique form, such as charts, pictures, or mind maps.

Memorize From End To Beginning: This is contradictory to our traditional learning method reading and learning from beginning to end. However, memorizing from end to beginning can be quite a potent learning technique that will boost your memory. The reason behind this technique is not clearly understood but it is believed that approaching material in a novel way forces more intense concentration and brings different parts of the brain to bear on the material.

Create Notes: There is good scientific evidence to show that writing out what you are trying to study by hand greatly improves your ability to memorize that information. Even if you don’t reproduce the material word-for-word, taking good notes engages your whole brain and will allow you to process and retain the information more thoroughly. The added benefit of this is that you have notes that you can look back over to cement the details in your mind.

Repetition: Love it or hate it, repetition of information can be a very effective means of memorization. Exposing yourself to the facts you are committing to memory at regular intervals after the initial study session will help transfer the information from short-term to long-term memory and will make it available for years to come.

Chunking: A traditional technique used to remember numbers, chunking is a great way to memorize telephone numbers. You will break down the information into smaller, which will make it easier both for storing the information as well as for retrieving it.

Memory Lane: Associating details that you are attempting to assimilate to different objects or places in your surroundings is a great way to memorize. This method is called a mnemonic where you make associations with unrelated objects to aid with recollection and has been used since ancient times.

Train Your Brain: Constant training is very important for keeping the brain well tuned. Take every available opportunity to challenge your brain and your memory throughout the day. Instead of pulling out the calculator, do the math in your head. Try to remember the shirt or dress color of all of your coworkers at the end of the day. Find quotations that are particularly meaningful to you and commit them to memory. Make the effort to keep your brain engaged and you will find that it will function much better overall.

These are some simple techniques that will help you to learn to memorize quickly. By following these techniques, you will experience a major improvement in your ability to recall any detail you commit to memory.

Emotional Intelligence And Leadership

Emotional intelligence and leadership go hand in hand in many ways. If you want to become an effective leader, then you need to understand that emotional intelligence can help you in leaps and bounds.

These days, becoming a leader is not just about being the best in your field. More importantly, it is about knowing how to handle people as well as yourself.

Find out the correlation between emotional intelligence and leadership below.

Sensitivity Is Key.

By developing your EI, you are also developing your ability to sense what mood your team members are in.

They don?t have to tell you a single thing, but a twitch of an eyebrow or a sudden change in attitude already alerts you to the fact that something is going on.

By knowing these small things, you are given the ability to predict how things might play out. As a leader, this is a very important skill to have.

Knowing When To Act.

Another benefit of combining emotional intelligence and leadership is that you get to know when to do something or when to stay back.

Timing is crucial. As a leader, it becomes your responsibility to know when to act. It?s tough, but with your already existing leadership skills and your emotional intelligence, you will soon perfect it.

Let?s say you are hoping to introduce a new member into your group. For some reason, the idea of adding someone to your unit does not sit well with your team. Equipped with high EI, you?ll now be able to deduce when the best time is to do this.

Making The Right Decisions.

When emotional intelligence and leadership fuse together, you?ll be guided to make the right decisions. Facts and figures may sway your decision; but ultimately, it is how you feel about something that decides things for you.

In fact, when you are being interviewed for a job by the head of the HR, you?ll be asked questions that gauge the kind of principles and morals you hold.

Interviewers want to know how high your level of emotional intelligence is. Will you panic when you meet a crisis? Will you be a good leader or will you be better as a follower?

Emotional intelligence and leadership cannot be separated. You can look at these two concepts on their own; but when combined, these two hold a lot of important lessons for any aspiring leader. Don?t be so quick to disregard emotional intelligence because one day, it can be the ladder to your success!

Speed Reading Courses

A poor reader can improve his speed of reading by using many self-paced methods but these methods are unable to develop confidence in the reader. Moreover he remains unable to use machines, tapes and some specially designed reading material and exercises. So he needs speed reading course specially designed to learn how to speed read. Many institutes offer courses and websites which teach you how to speed read. Speed reading course is a collection of techniques used to improve your reading speed. You can learn how to speed read by joining these courses with the help of state of the art technology and self paced methods. These courses include psychological techniques like eliminating sub vocalization and chunking etc., which improve reading speed. These institutes use tapes, films, seminars, and software to offer different kinds of exercises.

People who want to learn how to speed read can enroll in courses offered by colleges and websites. These short courses improve study skills, reading comprehension and vocabulary. There are many websites that offer software and “speed reading courses” online which teach how to speed read. Some institutes use different types of questionnaires for speed reading learners to urge them to join the course and focus that text should be serially processed. You can complete your speed reading course online without attending any class physically because all the material and exercises are provided online. In 1980s the cost of speed readings courses was hundreds of dollars but now they have been reduced.

Steve Harris’ Institute of Speed Reading in Ottawa offers speed reading courses since 1981. He designed special courses for universities, government, businessmen and high schools. Different techniques are used to teach how to speed read in different languages such as science, law, literature, management and technical etc. Individuals can sign up in a course of one day session from 9 AM to 4 PM. Courses are organized at Toronto, Montreal, Winnipeg, Victoria, Ottawa and Kingston. Groups are taught speed reading at their arranged locations when their number reaches up to 15. The training is held all over the world at moderate rates. UT Learning is another center that develops its speed reading courses to improve the readings speed of its students. The speed of reading varies from material to material; some students’ speed increases many times but some students’ speed remains unaffected. So it depends on the self-ability of students, their psychology, and intellectuality due to which his speed of reading can be improved. At the end of course it would be impossible to say how many words they can read in a minute. UT Learning Center provides the facility to discuss your problem with its learning specialists.

There are some reasons for which kids under 11 to13 years of age are not encouraged to join speed reading courses. Students at the age of 13 can improve their speed of reading but they have to work hard for it. Students under 13 years of age are not enrolled in speed reading courses because they have not enough money. The methods of teaching and their homework assignments are not easy for young students to follow. It is not easy for young students to be master of speed reading.

Readers can learn how to speed read by going through following 3 stages of speed reading courses:

Stage 1: Beginner’s Stage

In this stage a reader reads many words but understands none. Different readers spend different time on this stage from one day to 3 weeks.

Stage 2: Growth Stage

In this stage a reader’s mind begins to understand the meanings of the material through speed reading. The level of comprehension varies at this stage.

Stage 3: Power Stage.

In this stage speed reading plays an important role in learning. Comprehension level increases along with the speed of reading.
